Yoga With Dr. Masha
From regular Pilates as a young child Dr. Masha started practicing Yoga in 2014. Her journey began with Swing Yoga and she initially found that yoga practice is extremely challenging on every level of mental, physical and spiritual health.

During this period of time in particular her Yoga commitment strengthened and grew. The benefits of the practice began to shine through and Yoga became an important element of her life in terms of maintaining healthier lifestyle.
After years of practicing, Dr. Masha decided to delve deeper in her practice and she did her RYT200 teacher training to allow her to share her love for Yoga with others. After that, she also did her teacher training for Aerial and Swing Yoga, which she likes the most.
Dr. Masha finds through her practice that each posture has a different mental and emotional connection and to be able to translate this well to students as they practice. She likes her students to practice with awareness and to connect their body, mind and spirit. She likes to keep the high energy in the class and pay close attention to each student and to help them achieve their own full potential and their own purpose and own path that they would like to take and continue.
Dr. Masha teaches various styles of yoga including Aerial, Swing, Vinyassa, Gentle and Power Yoga flow.
